PHASE 3 OKOSUAMA COMMUNITY

Earlier today, 12th of November 2024 the Ernest Bebenimibo Foundation (EBF) under the leadership of Dcn Ernest Bebenimibo in company of his lovely wife Mrs Loveth Ernest Bebenimibo, collaboration with SIR GODFREY TARE PONDI in a visit to Benja Light Academy,
Okosuama Community, Burutu LGA of Delta State.

Upon arrival, the Community Leaders and Youth were so delighted to have us in their Community with heartfelt entertainment/presentation of Kola to welcome us officially to the community.

The Community Chairman gave us a brief of how the free community school was built by Chief Benjamin Ekeremor in the interest that, the children of the community should be educated because education is key, he equally made boat transportation available to convey children from neighbouring communities to and fro.

The President, Dcn Ernest Bebenimibo equally gave a summary of the Foundation’s work thus far, and also appreciated Sir Godfrey Tare Pondi who has been of great support. He also stated that as long as God enables we would continue to do more.

We proceeded to the school to reach out to the students with
1. 2000 Branded Notebooks.
2. 200 Branded School bags.
3. 50 Branded Mathematical sets
4. Other writing Materials

The Pupils were encouraged to focus on their studies, not to go fishing during school hours, having a renewed mind that their TOMORROW can be better than TODAY.

The Pupils and Students, Head Teachers and Teachers including the Parents and Community Youth were all so delighted to have us, they poured out their hearts in prayers for Ernest Bebenimibo Foundation
