📘 REPORT: STREET2SCHOOL LEGACY PROJECT – PHASE 11
INTRODUCTION
The Ernest Bebenimibo Foundation (EBF) successfully concluded the Street2School Legacy Project – Phase 11, reaching out to thousands of pupils and students across several communities in Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria.
Despite challenges such as the heavy downpour on the first day and difficult access roads on the second, the EBF team, driven by passion and purpose, pressed on to ensure that no child was left behind. The project aimed at providing educational support materials and inspiring hope among children in underserved communities.
DAY 1 ACTIVITIES
Communities Visited: Diebiri/Batan Clan and Kantu Communities
Schools Visited:
1️⃣ Igade Nursery and Primary School, Diebiri/Batan Clan
2️⃣ Oweijubiri Primary School, Kantu
DAY 2 ACTIVITIES
Communities Visited: Ode-Igborodo, Opuedebobor & Ijaghala
Schools Visited:
1️⃣ Ikpere Secondary School, Ode-Igborodo
2️⃣ Ikpere Nursery and Primary School, Ode-Igborodo
3️⃣ Toriyo Primary School, Opuedebobor (surprise visit despite access challenges)
4️⃣ Egogo Primary School, Ijaghala Community
During the visit to Ikpere Nursery and Primary School, the Foundation made a special pledge to pay 50% of the school fees for all Primary 6 pupils, as a way of encouraging continuity in education and easing the financial burden on parents.
BENEFICIARIES
Over 2,800 pupils and students across all communities benefitted from the outreach.

Writing Materials (Pencils, Biros, Erasers, and Sharpeners)
The event was marked by smiles, laughter, and gratitude as EBF rekindled the spirit of learning and hope in young hearts. The atmosphere across all schools was electrifying as pupils and teachers expressed excitement and gratitude. Community leaders warmly welcomed and entertained the EBF team in appreciation of the Foundation’s consistent commitment to education and community development.
