On behalf of the Chairman Board of Trustee, Executives and the Entire Membership of Ernest Bebenimibo Foundation, We wish to Congratulate you sir on this auspicious occasion as you bag a well deserved Award as Niger Delta Peace Ambassador.

It’s a well deserved award because, His Excellency Barr. Dnc Kingsley Otuaro have always been a peace loving man right from Okerenkoko Federated Community where you served as the Community Chairman and later on appointment by Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan to resettle all displaced persons during 2009 faceoff between militants and JFT.
Much Later on, you became DESOPADEC Commissioner, where you used your office to reunite IJAW nation.

We are so excited that the Niger Delta peace Ambassador Award is given to our very own south south son of the soil.

Your conflict management prowess brought to an end the militants agitation in parts of Ondo, Ogun and Lagos States in 2016 which had hitherto led to the end of kidnappings, oil bunkering activities, sea piracies and other vices in that part of the Country. Indeed sir, you are a gift to the nation whose intellect is yet to be fully utilized for the enthronement of peace in the entire Country.
