The meeting was hosted by the Chairman Board of Trustee, Hon. GEORGE EKPEMUPOLO at his residence. The highlight of the meeting was the official approval and signing of the letters of appointments of the Directors as submitted by the President of the FOUNDATION.

The meeting was convened to duly inform the board of the progress of activities since the flag off and to outline the proposed projects as well as to formally present the official constitution of the FOUNDATION for adoption.

The constitution was unanimously adopted by the house as proposed by the Chairman and seconded by Chief Simeon BEBENIMIBO.

The meeting was called to a close by 2:10pm after two hours of deliberations. The vote of thanks was given by Michael TONLAGHA.
